Jeff Demko

Dr. Jeff Demko has been in practice for over 30 years, with a stellar reputation among his patients. His ability to get to the root of his patient's pain and resolve their issues to a degree not achieved elsewhere is what has garnered him such a following.  He specializes in pain reduction through the physics of body movement and neuromuscular function.   Although starting his career as a Chiropractor, Dr. Demko searched for other efficient ways to alleviate pain.  This resulted in his creation of the Demko Method.  The Demko Method involves three easy steps:  isolate the inhibited muscle, activate that muscle neurologically, and alleviate the pain.
